The location of the hotel was great, surrounded by beautiful countryside and just a short drive from the main attractions. The rooms were well appointed and tastefully decorated, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The best aspect of our stay was definitely the cozy fireplace - it added to the relaxing atmosphere and made evenings spent in the room very enjoyable. On top of that, the price was very reasonable for the quality of the experience offered.

One of the cabins we were assigned to had problems with the door lock, and it took us a few attempts to find one that was safe and secure. the housekeeping could have been better - we noticed some dust on the mantel and were disappointed to find only a partially used roll of toilet paper.

Our Thanksgiving weekend was a complete mess. the first cabin we were given had a broken lock which made us feel unsafe.
